The Crew Manager will be responsible for the dayโtoโday management of offshore crew operations, ensuring smooth coordination between vessel, shore, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the crew rotation plan for the offshore vessel
- Coordinate recruitment and contracting of offshore personnel
- Ensure crew certification, compliance, and competence requirements
- Organize and manage travel and logistics for offshore crew
- Prepare crew joining documentation and notifications
- Liaise with project and operations teams to support successful subsea operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in team coordination, scheduling, and workforce management in marine operations
- Based in Vigo (or available to work onโsite)
- Strong teamwork and teamโbuilding skills
- Excellent organizational and problemโsolving abilities, with attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills with onโsite and offshore teams
- Technical knowledge of subsea telecommunications or marine engineering is a plus
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
